TITLE: TRUCK SCCALE 1 CONVERSION

Operation: 1. Currently Truck scale 1 is utilized to tare and gross weight of truck intended to load in packhouse 1
2. Trcuk congest at truck scale 2 and traffic are not managable if one dispatch point.
3. To tare and gross wieght of truck more than 60 Tons in which terminal 2 trcukscale cannot accommo
weight only is 60 Tons.
4. Currently Truck scale 1 is failed in DOST calibration.
5. During rainy days load cell are submerge in water that can damage the load cell.
6. waiting time of truck is higher.
7. Manual dispatch of truck with higher than 60 Ton gross weight.

BENEFITS: 1. DOST calibration will be passed.

2. During rainy days loadcell will not be damage due to utilize water proof load cell.
3. Calibration and maintenace activity will be easily performed.
4. To comply with the audit requirements
5. Truck turn arround will be manage.
6. To accommodate truck with more than 60 Tons Gross wieght
7. More dispatch point.
8 To avoid congestion in terminal 2 truckscale and also to manage the traffic inside the terminal.
