I. PRELIMINARIES

PRAYER:
The opening prayer was led by ____________________________ and followed by
ROLL CALL. Majority of the parents were present.
II. MEETING PROPER
1. Election of Homeroom PTA Officers was done.
2. The new grading system was discussed to the parents.
3. Classroom and School Policies were also given to the parents so as to give them
idea in helping teachers mold their children’s behavior.
4. All in all, the parents pledged to support and cooperate with the school
authorities in realizing the afore-said agenda.
