Click on “Select Files” and upload your proof of identification documents.

For the purpose of identification one of the following forms of documentation will be required:
Passport
Biometric residence card
National Identity Card
Travel Document
Birth or Adoption certificate or certificate of Registry of Birth.

click on “Next”.
(Kindly note that the documents you provide should match with your profile)
 Click on “Select Files” and upload your proof of address documents
For proof of address please provide a certified copy of one of the following:
Bank Statement
Utitlity Bill for gas, electricity, water, internet, etc. linked to the property.
Letters from a recognised public authority or public servant/ any government- issued correspondence
Current lease agreement with signatures of the landlord and the tenant.
Credit Card Statement.
Employer’s certificate for proof of residence.
House purchase deed.
click on “Next”.

Click on “this form” that is marked in a yellow box.

Please note that you have to download this file and fill out the form.
Then Click on “Select Files” and upload the scanned document. Then click Next.
Enter your Bitcoin withdrawal address and click on complete to start your
Withdrawal Process.
