You must activate the card before starting using it also register on Pluxee IN App.

Activate your card with Full KYC.

Follow the below steps to activate the card through an online portal.

1) Go to https://activation.consumers.pluxee.in

2) Click on “Card Activation”,

3) Enter the “registered e-mail id/mobile number”.

4) Enter 12-digits “Card Reference Number” (mentioned on the letter provided in the
welcome kit).

5) Enter the “Captcha” image.

6) Click on “Get Activation Code” it will open a new page.

7) On the next page you will get the option of Minimum KYC or FULL KYC. For FULL KYC,
the card load limit assigned will be 2,00,000.

To complete FULL KYC, follow the below steps:

➢ Enter the Activation code sent on your “registered e-mail add or mobile number”.
➢ Enter OTP sent on your registered mobile number.
➢ Accept “Terms & Conditions”.
➢ Click on “Activate Card”.

➢ On the next screen enter your correct and valid PAN card number and click on submit.

➢ Once the correct PAN card number is entered, the details will be sent to the backend
team for validation.
➢ If the PAN Card number entered is incorrect or the PAN Card Number is Invalid, then
you will see the below message screens for completing the KYC through Offline Aadhar.

➢ Clicking on “Complete KYC using Offline Aadhar” will take you to the below page for
completing the Offline Aadhar. Click on the UIDAI link to go to Aadhar portal.
➢ Clicking on the Aadhar portal link will show you the below message. Clicking on Offline
Aadhar will take you to the Aadhar Portal

➢ Click on Login.

➢ Enter the Aadhar Number.

➢ Enter Captcha.
➢ Click on Send OTP.
➢ Enter OTP.
➢ Click on Login.
➢ Click on Offline eKYC.
➢ Create a 4-digit Share Code.
➢ Click on Download.

➢ Once the ZIP folder is downloaded go to back to the Pluxee portal.

➢ Click on Upload Aadhar XML Zip File.
➢ Choose File to upload the Zip folder.
➢ Enter Pass Phrase/Share Code created on the Aadhar Portal.
➢ Click Submit.

➢ Once the Zip Folder is submitted.

• If your name on Aadhar matches with your name in Pluxee’s system, then the KYC
will be auto approved by the system.
 • If your name on Aadhar does not match with your name in Pluxee’s system, then
you will have to select one of the following documents from the Document Type
drop-down menu viz, Driver’s License, Voter ID or Passport and enter the
Document Number. Click on OK.

➢ You will see the below message once your KYC is submitted.
