SUBJECT: ADHERANCE TO COMPANY DRESS CODE

 This is to address the problem of employees not adhering to the official company dress code.
As you all know this is mandatory and no employee is exempted. For the past few weeks, there
has been a noticeable change in dress code at the office. Most of you has started dressing
casually and the office uniform being adjusted. Let us put an end to this as of tomorrow. Just as
a reminder, all regular female employees are required to be well dressed in the company
uniform from Monday to Friday. This must be worn with black closed heeled shoes and one
must be neat at all times. As for the males, you are expected to wear dark pants, black or blue
socks and black or brown leather shoes. Any other piece of clothing not mentioned is prohibited.

Below is the attire to follow

 Monday to Friday (wearing of company uniform for regular employees) Official female
company uniform must be worn with black closed heeled-shoes while male employees
should wear dark pants, blue/black socks and black/brown leather shoes. 

 Probationary employees should wear corporate attire, the uniform being the standard. 

 Friday (civilian clothes for all employees)sleeveless blouses and t-shirts with printed
logos, jeans, sandals, and athletic shoes are not allowed.

The probationary employees should always be in corporate attire, the company uniform being

logos, jeans, sandals, and athletic shoes are not allowed. Penalties for not adhering to the dress
code while in the office will be put in place.
