BASIC JUDO THROWING TECHNIQUES
Instruction: Pls. video yourself with your partner doing the following techniques:
The techniques are shown in four counts, pls. follow the techniques up to number THREE only (START YOUR COUNTING FROM LEFT TO RIGHT
SIDE). Meaning “NEVER THROW” your partner. Follow the suggested link shown below to fully understand the sequence of the technique once
applied. No need to orally enumerate or identify the step by step but, must be shown or applied continuously. Further, you must indicate by typing
the title of each technique every time you shift from one technique to another. And lastly, make sure that your video shows the whole
application/execution from the start to end of the technique clearly.
