On behalf of School Health and Nutrition Unit of the School Governance

Operations Division (SGOD) of DepEd SDO CAGAYAN, we are genuinely
happy to inform your good office that for years, this humble unit has
untiredly safeguard the safety and health of the school learners and
teaching/non-teaching staffs in the Province of Cagayan through various
roles such as health educator, health manager, health advocate, health
advisor among others.

One of the many roles that we play and take full responsibility is to act as
“Welfare Officer” in the forthcoming 2023 Cagayan Provincial Athletic
Association Meet on March 9-12, 2023.

Anent to this, may we respectfully request augmentation of our medicines

and first aid kits for the said activity in case of emergency.

confidently assure emergency health needs of our athletes in region 2.
