Solution/s:

1. Lack of employment equality. Having women mentor men, Allowing women to mentor men is another way to improve gender equality
in the workplace. Mentoring in the workplace can be extremely beneficial to an employee's career advancement. However, having
women mentor men could benefit both parties, as well as society as a whole, by allowing people to learn more about various working
and leadership styles.
2. Sharing of household chores. The very beginning of influence starts with family and the learnings we get from our parents.
Therefore, if we start first with the simple things like household responsibilities, it goes a long way in promoting gender equality.
3. Normalize, accept, welcome, and stand-up people of the opposite sex against discrimatory remarks targeted towards them.
4. Racist and chauvinist attitudes must be condemned. Do not remain silent while listening to bad statements, and do not disregard
public harassment or assault.
5. Make their voices be heard and try to change other people’s opinions and views regarding these kinds of subjects.
6. Every generation has its own form of education. Hence why the people/parents of today should focus on educating the youth to be
more cautious as well as to learn to defend themselves
7. Supporting empowerment is nothing more than strengthening knowledge and skills so that more girls, adolescents and women have
freedom, information and support to make decisions about their own lives and act to make them happen.

Solution/s:

1. To prevent biodiversity loss, protect local habitats and make wild life welcome. We may not be able to save the world, but we can contribute to
the improvement of our communities. Clean up animal habitats, such as beaches, forests, and other undeveloped areas. Make your environment
wildlife-friendly. Planting local flora and turning your backyard into your own personal wildlife sanctuary, as well as birdhouses, bat houses, and
other housing, can all help.
2. For greenhouse gasses, these can be reduced by using renewable energy and other eco-friendly energy resources on-site.
3. Fight to help lessen the amount of carbon emissions which is the primary contributor of climate change.
4. There are no ideal ways to decrease reliance on fossil fuels, but every little bit helps. So, if possible, use
alternatives—plant-derived plastics, biofuels, wind power—and participate in the change, whether by removing oil or investing in
firms that practice renewable sources.
5. Plant more trees and condemn unnecessary deforestation.
6. If possible, reduce the use of plastic materials such as plastic cups, bottles and plastic bags. Instead use reusable items
7. In order to prevent this, we should switch to sustainable transport, this includes walking, cycling, transit, carpooling, car share,
and green vehicles.
