    1. Creating a Group and posting a welcome message on it.
    Posting a new message on the Group to all the members!
    2. Share a google document with your friends and give them editing rights
    3. Putting a signature on every outgoing email through Gmail.
    4. Sending pre-scheduled emails through setting automatic emailing.
    5. Sending automatic or out-of-office replies when not available through email.
