The first 3 things I would buy for my kitchen

 Refrigerator

Assuming that I already have basic eating utensils such as forks, spoons and knives
among other things, the first thing that I would look into getting is a refrigerator. Without
proper storage, any kind of fresh food would have an extremely low shelf life. Most of the
food I’d buy would go bad before I make anything of it. This is, without a doubt a very
good investment in any home, especially the kitchen.

 Oven

The next thing I would be inclined to purchase is an oven, preferably one that has a
stove on top. This is because ovens are very versatile especially those who come
equipped with a gas stove. With it, you can practically make anything that you and your
taste buds desire assuming that you have the proper ingredients for it. Definitely a must-
buy in terms of home appliances.

 Measuring Cups

And lastly, I would buy measuring cups. This is because, unlike everything else I didn’t
mention, this is the one thing we will have a hard time substituting. This is an essential to
all baking and cooking activities as these make measurements accurate and therefore,
the result taste better overall. It makes cooking things not a shot in the dark but instead,
an accurate work of art with a specific goal in mind. It is true that conversion can be
done but, in most cases, we would be converting a measurement to another
measurement that still requires measuring cups. I would say that these are irreplaceable
in a kitchen.

I chose these three things as these do not have an immediate substitute. Let me elaborate, if
you think about it, things like the whisk, the omelet pan, the spatulas all have counterparts that
can be found in common daily products and utensils. Fork for the whisk, a regular pan for the
omelet pan, a butter knife for the spatulas, a regular bowl for the mixing bowl, and the list goes
on. These are my 3 picks as these do not have the privilege of being easily replaced (sana ol). I
believe that with these 3 things alone, you can create any baking product with enough cunning
and innovation.
