Introduction to Classroom
Management Plan
02
Why is it important?
03
A set of guidelines known as a classroom
04
management plan (CMP) is designed to hold students
responsible for their behavior. It also describes how a
classroom functions during the course of a school
day, including protocols for when learners are taking
05
tests or when there are emergencies.
06
07
− The most critical thing a teacher can
do for his or her students' learning is
to maintain order in the classroom.
The goal of classroom management is 08
to make sure that everything runs
well. The management of a classroom
results in an environment that fosters

PHILOSOPHICAL
STATEMENT
02
03
04
I will make sure to establish a secure, just, educational,
entertaining, and supportive space for my students to learn. As a
05
facilitator of the learning process in the classroom, I aim to use
authentic learning activities to encourage students to share and
exchange knowledge in respectful and cooperative ways. Also,
06
discipline will be strictly observed, and sanctions will be applied
as soon as they become required. Most importantly, every
student will receive the individualized attention they need,
07
ensuring that nobody falls behind.

CLASSROOM RULES
AND PROCEDURES
02
03
— To ensure discipline in the classroom, the following rules and procedures
must be strictly observed and followed at all times:
04
(1) Always show respect and kindness to each and everyone in the classroom
especially to the teachers and visitors.
(2) Listen and pay utmost attention if someone is talking in front of the class.
05
(3) No shouting inside the classroom. Practice silence as much as possible
especially during class hours. Unless asked/called by the teacher, raise a
hand if there is a want/need to speak.
06
(5) Actively participate in class discussions and activities.
(6) Maintain cleanliness and orderliness inside and outside surrounding the
classroom.
07
(7) Stick to the seating arrangement. No roaming around or standing during
class hours unless necessary.
(8) Inform the teacher and ask permission if there is a need to go outside or 08
use the washroom/comfort room (if located outside).
(12) Obey all school regulations and all rules listed above.

TEACHER-STUDENT
RELATIONSHIPS
02
03
— I'll ensure to treat them well and with respect in order to keep a
04
good rapport with my students. They'll learn from me how to
instruct them on when and how to speak and when and how to
05
listen. I'll never forget to speak positively and kindly to my students.
06
children. I'll show them a lot of love and patience, but I'll also make
wisdom and a second mother who cares for and loves them, I will
07
also do my very best to be a good friend who they can confide in if

SCHEDULES AND
TIMEFRAMES
02
03
04
05
06
— Regarding time and scheduling, I will set up my class schedule in
accordance with what the administration, my co-teachers, and I
agreed upon. I'll inform my students know once the timetables are
07
finalized and make sure they each receive a copy of the class
schedules. By recognizing or rewarding those who are consistently
punctual and issuing warnings or punishments to those who are 08
consistently late, I will encourage them to be responsible and always
arrive at the appointed time. In consideration of this, I will also make
sure that my students have ample time to prepare for each class, as

STRUCTURE, DESIGN
02
AND ARRANGEMENT
03
04
— In order to create a supportive learning
atmosphere in my classroom, I will supply
05
my students with resources that will aid in
their growth and development. I'll include
some technologies that our class can use
regularly, such a television with an HDMI
06
cord, projectors, and speakers. For our
lessons, I'll use clear visual aids,
interactive bulletin boards, attractive
07
classroom decor, and imaginative posters.
Additionally, I'll see to ensure that my
classroom is secure, well-lit, and well-
ventilated. Additionally, I will designate
08
group cleaners (every day) to ensure that
the classroom is always tidy, waxed, or
polished, with the seats, desks, and tables

SAFETY RULES AND
02
PROCEDURES
03
04
05
06
— First, I will set up an emergency cabinet with a
first aid kit and other necessary tools/materials
inside incase something goes wrong. Then, I will
07
get rid of any potentially unsafe items like blades,
chemicals, or other harmful stuff. Also, I would
hang educational posters regarding disaster
awareness and preparedness inside the classroom.
Furthermore, I will also impose regulations like 08
the need for students to alert me or a security
guard if they have any pertinent worries, the
posting of emergency cellphone/telephone
numbers in case of emergencies, and the
