• One of the basic principles in the organization of a guidance 01
program is concerned with the whole individual in his total
environment but with specific needs and problems. 02

• The issue this research intends to tackle is determining the needs of 03


Grade 10 students in order to successfully organize and administer a
successful guidance program for them. 04

• Why did they chose Grade 10 as a target population? 05

• Student needs should be categorized according to specific domains or
needs (personal, social, educational, career).
The objectives of this study are as follows:

Need Assessment Survey The survey questionnaire is consisted of five sections:


Data Questionnaire Demographic Data, Academic Achievement, Career 03
Collection Development, Personal and Social Development, and Special
Issues.

Stratified random sampling is a type of probability
sampling using which a research organization can branch off

evaluation of not only students' knowledge but

perhaps, provides a gauge of student satisfaction

The researchers aimed to analyze the needs

achievement. It was discovered that both sectors
perceive academic achievement as very important.
