important.

1. Opening

The first announcement structure is the opening. In general, this section will contain
the title/type of event, greeting, the purpose of the announcement, or an outline that
will be conveyed in the contents of the announcement.

2. Content

This is the core part of the announcement text. As the name implies, this section
contains announcement information that will be submitted. This section should
contain elements of 5W+1H so that the clearer announcement becomes.

3. Closing

Finally, the closing part which is part of the request from the announcer, for
something such as contact contact, apology, confirmation of rules, apologies, or other
things.

1. Imperative/Imperative (command form).

2. Passive voice/passive form (passive sentence).

3. Simple Present Tense/Bentuk simple present.
