SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, ESPERANZA MANIO MERCADO, Filipino, of legal age, with

residence and postal address at Candaba Pampanga, do hereby
name, constitute, and appoint EVANGELINE MANIO GONZALES
and EDWARD DELA CRUZ MANIO with residence and postal
address at Candaba Pampanga, to be my true and lawful attorneys,
for me and in my name stead and place, to do and perform the
following acts, to wit:
1. To be my lawful representatives in the execution of the
Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate (Estate of Elizabeth Dela
Cruz Manio) who died on December 20, 2022.
2. To execute, sign, submit and receive any and all documents
required for the processing of the said Extrajudicial Settlement
of Estate.
3. To appear in any court, tribunal, government agencies and
instrumentalities for and on my behalf.
4. To do any other acts necessary to accomplish the above
mentioned purpose.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorneys-in

fact full power and authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or
proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents
and purposes as I might lawfully do if personally present, with
power of substitution or revocation, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorneys shall lawfully do or cause to
be done under and by virtue of these presents.
