College Main Campus located in Gallares Street, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, one of the students was called up by the guidance Counselor due to drinking liquor inside the school during a school program. Augeth Ivy O. Matildo, a third year BSED – English student was caught drinking lambanog, a traditional Filipino liquor, during the Buwan ng Wika Culmination. As part of the school program, each department must present Filipino products as a way of supporting our very own. The College of Teacher Education department used lambanog along with other local products for display purposes only. However, Ms. Matildo took a sip of lambanog, violating the school regulation which states that “No student is allowed to drink liquor inside the school premises whatever the reason may be.” Upon witnessing this act, Ms. Mujeres, a co- student of the respondent, immediately reported it to the guidance counselor. As a protocol, Mrs. Reyes, the guidance counselor, called the attention of Ms. Matildo to visit the guidance office.
