INTRODUCTION
We Filipinos are love eating a lot. In Filipino cuisine, sugar is everywhere, not just on
desserts like halo-halo and leche flan or snacks like turon and suman but also in savory dishes
like adobo, tocino, and even our local version of spaghetti. Beverages- from coffee and tea to
juices and shakes – rarely go without sugar, and this ubiquity has led people to conclude that we
Filipinos have an exceptionally sweet tooth.
Many Filipino loved coffee and sweet foods. Filipino discovered the Japanese coffee jelly
os made from jelly dessert flavored with coffee and sugar. It is popular dessert that is served in
many coffee shops particularly during summer. It is very cold, refreshing and not so sweet that
makes it a great snack to help people cool down in this hot summer weather.
We preffered coffee jelly which is we want to taste of every student here in Balungao
National High School and to know what is the opinions of every students about our product if
they like it or not. With this study reseachers aim to determine the numbers of the students who
likes and dislikes coffee jelly in Balungao National High School because nowadays not all
people likes coffee.

OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY


This study aims to know the numbers of students who likes and dislike coffee jelly in
Balungao National High School.
1. To find out the reasons for liking our product.
2. To find out the reasons for disliking our product.
3. To find the loopholes and dissatisfaction of our customers

RESEARCH DESIGN

Population and Sample

This Study used descriptive method of research to find out the numbers of students who
likes and dislikes coffee jelly in Balungao National High School. These study establish 10
questions related to the product to know the feedback and customer satisfaction.
RESEARCH SUBJECT
The Subjects in this Study are the Students of Balungao National High School. The Total
population of Students in Balungao National High School is two thousand- nine hundred fifty
eight but only 200 selected respondents random sample to find out the numbers.

RESEARCH INSTRUMENT
In this study the instrument used of researchers is a questionnaire to find out the answers
customers liked and disliked the product.
