The Adm & Coord Officer supervises administrative and security matters at COE Rawat, including supervising assets, ensuring security and firefighting readiness, providing staff orientation, coordinating meetings, monitoring attendance, overseeing the mess and vehicle log books, liaising with government departments, purchasing furniture, and checking clearance of outgoing employees, as well as any other duties assigned by the GM Adm, Fin & Security.

Duties of the Adm & Coord Officer will be as fol:-
1. Supervise overall Adm and Security and MT at COE Rawat.
2. Supervise all assets of AIT including its repair, maintenance/safety. 3. Security/firefighting readiness and training. 4. Support staff is assigned based work. 5. Provide office orientation to new employees. 6. Coordinate meeting and conferences. 7. Will monitor daily attendance of staff. 8. Will see all matter concerning Mess / Tea Bar / Tuck Shop 9. Vehicles log books are maintained properly and arrange registration/ payment of token tax vehicles. 10. Liaison with Govt./ Semi Govt. departments like WAPDA, SNGPL Police and other agencies for smooth functioning. 11. Purchase new furniture/ other fittings and fixture. Allocate and arrange shifting of furniture according to authorization/ requirements. 12. Check clearance certificate of all out going employees before submission to fin/hr division for final payment. 13. Any other duty/ task assigned from time to time by the GM Adm, Fin & Security.
