c. Process
 TEG unit:
- Preventive instrumentation visit ongoing: change of control valves, SDV and
transmitters ongoing.
- Internal visit of different capacities and pipes ongoing.
- Spading the contactor V1910/V1900. Preparations for hydraulic test.
- Thickness measurement and visual inspection of V1910 and V1900 in
presence of an accredited organism: OK.
- Hydraulic test of V1910 and V1900 unsuccessful: leak at 155 bars on spades
inter-capacities.
- Replacement of the level indicator LG3982 of D1920 and LG3980 of D1910.
Dismantling, maintenance and control of the pressure transmitters PT3944,
PT3945 and PT3922.
- Calibration of temperature transmitter. Replacement of PCVs (D1920 &
D1910).
 E3960:
- Rehabilitation, mounting and cabling the level switch.
- Filling with TEG (39 drums).
- Replacement of broken jars, maintenance of ADF control box, control and
calibration of safety ON/OFF pressures of the immerged heaters.
- Seal test of the serpentine with N2 up to 133 bars: OK. Powering the heater

and stabilization of the bath temperature at 95°C.

- End of E2 preventive visit of the electrical auxiliaries. Control and calibration
of temperature safety (high bath temperature).
- Test of start up from the PF1 gas manifold. Clogging in the 2” pipe from the
TEG unit.
 P4200A/B: clean-up of the inlet filters.
 P530: clean-up of the inlet filter.
 V250: rehabilitation of high level switch, test OK.
 V120: internal inspection, visit before hydraulic test and thickness measurement
in presence of an accredited organism.
 IFR II: crude loading for MARE AEGEIM.
 V220A A4: power overload trip: investigation ongoing.
 V140: start of the E2 preventive visit. Maintenance and calibration of the drawer
thermal relay. Maintenance of the transformer.
 Z3970B: test of start-up after E3 visit. Control and calibration of safety ON/OFF
pressures ongoing.
 IFRIKIA II:
 - CAPACITER DE STOCKAGE: Lavage au brut en circuit fermé de la citerne
slop Td.
 - BULLE A BULLE: Début entretien des têtes d'ullage et débouchage des

3.2 Maintenance Operations (TOA-M)

 Z700C:
- Removal and lifting the old crank shaft out of the package.
- Montage à blanc des paliers principaux, serrage au couple, métrologie
et contrôle dimensionnel, contrôle par ressuage (penetring test) des
supports des paliers au niveau demi-bâti inferieur RAS.
- * Z 700C : Montage vilebrequin, coussinets des paliers et butée.
- * Z 700C : Serrage au couple des paliers principaux et relevé des jeux du
vilebrequin, freinage des vis de fixation chapeaux des paliers, nettoyage
à fond bloc cylindre.
- * Z 700C: Montage du bloc moteur.
- * Z 700C: Serrage au couple de 400N.m du bloc moteur.

 * NNP100X : Suite de la visite préventive de l'armoire de protection
indirecte : nettoyage de l'armoire et contrôle, réglage des relais CEEE.
 * NNP100X : Fin de la visite préventive de l'armoire de protection indirecte
nettoyage de l'armoire et contrôle, réglage des relais CEEE.
 PF3: replacement of lights out of service and rehabilitation of normal and
emergency lighting circuits.

 - Frigo Vivre: Recherche défaut non fonctionnement du compresseur n°1.
