General Functions of the Position: Certificate/s of Good Moral

❖ Record the number of walk-in clients;
❖ Consolidates Accomplishment Reports of
desk-officers;
❖ Maintains a monitoring database of
assistance provided to walk-in clients;
❖ Consolidates migration statistics provided
by Posts;
❖ Maintains a monitoring database of the
migration statistics; and
❖ Assists in the preparation of the Report to
Congress using the migration statistics and
reports provided by Posts.
Character from current/previous
employer or school, whichever is
applicable, may be required by
HRMO during the selection
process.
