My name is Maui Manaloto I'm writing you this letter to express my displeasure with the poor service your business has delivered. It always fluctuated because the network you provided was malfunctioning. which caused the network to be dropped. Since, I am a student and most of my assignment is done from home, I am not able to finish my assignments because of this issue. I have called your customer service agent numerous times to voice my complaint regarding the same. However, no answer has yet been offered.
