    INVITATION TO BE CHAIR OF EXECUTIVE VETTING COMMITTEE
    As you may already be aware, Perez Campus Ministry, UCC Branch is seeking to appoint new
    set of executives for the 2021/2022 academic year as the tenure of the current leadership is
    inching towards an end.
    We therefore invite you, as our patron, to serve as the Chair of the vetting committee. Part of
    the job description includes helping vet the prospective candidates, shortlisting and final
    selection of candidates to fill the various positions.
    The panel would comprise the Chair, the President, the Vice President and the Financial
    Secretary or General Secretary. The date and venue is open for your suggestion, however we
    are considering the following dates: Saturday, 7th August, 2021 or Saturday, 14th August, 2021.
