In accordance to your request, we are pleased to submit to you our quotation to supply the complete labor, tools, materials
and technical supervision to effect the project. The scope of work and cost estimate are breakdown as follows:

- Booth Seating Carcass and Planter - using particle board cladded in
formica laminate on heavy duty metal frame
Fabrication of Booth Seating 2 (10.8mLx4.15mWx1.275mH) using the following
BS-A2 2.00 sets
material specifications:
- Backrest - using Medium density polyurethane foam upholstered in
fluted beige vinyl faux leather
- Seat - using 6" thick high density polyurethane foam upholstered in
dark teal green vinyl faux leather
- Carcass - using ash wood laminate
- Booth Seating Carcass and Planter - using particle board cladded in
formica laminate on heavy duty metal frame
- Service Area Partition and Planters (Option 1) - using particle board
carcass cladded in pvc wood slats in approved finish
- Custom Moveable Service Counter - using particle board carcass
cladded in formica laminate and pvc edging. Use Hafele Soft-closing hinges and
swivel caster wheels. Use stainless steel cabinet door handle.
