Vacation to Malaysia

One years ago, my family and I got vacation in Malaysia. I was with my parents to go
to Malaysia during the school holidays. We looked at travel agents and booked
tickets. Arriving there, we went to the Jakarta to obtain a visa in order to enter the
Kuala Lumpur. We had booked a fourteen day tour. This included accommodation,
roads and traveling tours around Malaysia. We went to Malaysia with large Boeing
plane. We were in the plane about 14 hours for the trip.

On the plane, the flight attendants were very friendly. They gave newspapers and
magazines so that we could read and not easily bored. They also gave us food and
drink and not to forget the movie for entertainment as well. They provided a very
pleasant flight services. We were able to fall asleep when we were in the plane.

When we arrived at KL airport, we had to go to the Customs and Immigration. The

officials are very kind. They checked our documents carefully and serve us with a
very polite and friendly. my family and I should collect our bags and went to
Malaysia. Our bags were already set to be transferred to the hotel.

Hotel which we live were the famous four-star hotel. We got a perfect view of the
park. The room had bathroom and toilet too. On the third floor, there were a restaurant
that has a wide variety of foods they were able to present the Asian and traditional
food Malaysia.

Indonesia Education System

The education system in Indonesia is actually already good, the problem is that it still
needs to be fixed to get it in the right shape. The biggest problem faced is the actors
and stakeholders who are unable to run the system that has been made. So far, many
people glorify the Finnish education system, but I'm not sure it will work when
implemented in Indonesia.

We need to develop our own system that fits our characteristics and that is not an easy
matter. The community also has a contribution that is not small because the
community is a stakeholder. There are quite a lot of 'inconsequential' educational
concepts held by Indonesians today. For example, the younger you go to school, the
better, the sooner you graduate, the better, etc. In fact, responsible education requires
a process and this process is often considered a breeze because Indonesians are more
result oriented. In addition, actors in the education system (teachers, schools and
parents) feel that students should be given things that make things easier. Difficult
things should be thrown away because they add to the burden.

Limited infrastructure and facilities make the educational process not optimal. And
the curriculum that often changes makes teachers confused about where Indonesian
education will take them. Most of the educational curricula do not need to be changed
frequently. Moreover, they have to copy the curricula of advanced countries. It is
enough to the government to formulate an education that fits and matches the
character of Indonesia, which consists of many islands and has a population of various
backgrounds.
