‫‪ .3‬يجب أن يكون مقاولي الباطن المتعاقد معهم مرخصين في إمارة دبي‪.‬‬

‫‪ .4‬يلغى الترخيص إذا لم يبدأ العمل خلل ستة أشهر من تاريخ الصدار أو في حال توقف العمل أكثر من ستة أشهر متتالية ‪.‬‬

All Etisalat requirements should be provided as per 2013 Etisalat design guideline for fiber to home considering the following
conditions:•12U cabinet to be fixed at a height of 40cm to 120cm from finished floor level•12U size should be 60x60x30 for each
warehouse •42Ucabinet to be provided in Etisalat room with required ODFs and splitters •The 12u cab should be equipped with
the following:oPatch panels suiting the required no of RJ45 socketsoPower socket oAir circulationoVertical cable
managementoMini ODFoNote:-The above items should be provided as shown on Etisalat guide lines amendments. •Fiber optic
cable should comply with ITU-T G652B and compatible with the fast field e-connectors • 2core fiber optic cable single mode to be
laid from 42U cabinet to each 12U cabinet•One run of CAT6 ca
Plot entry pipes connection point with outside plant to be coordinated with infrastructure Consultant/Contractor.The contractor
should coordinate with Etisalat building inspector before commencing internal wiring installation works.This NOC is issued for
.Internal Wiring only
The 12U Cabinet should be equipped with the following: -Patch panels suiting the required no of RJ45 sockets. -Power socket.
.-Air circulation. -Vertical cable management. -Micro ODF with 2 Port SC/APC and 2 Port LC/APC
Developer will be responsible to provide all outside plant requirements as per 2017 common DU and Etisalat OSP/ISP design
guideline.To be coordinated with the OSP Consultant for the infrastructure network.Etisalat plant to be protected and any
.damage caused to ETC plant will be charged under the customer cost
All Etisalat requirements should be provided as per 2017 Common DU and Etisalat OSP/ISP design guideline for fiber to home
considering the following conditions:12U Cabinet to be fixed at a height 120cm from FFL.12U Cabinet size should be
60x60x15cm for residential premises / Serving up to 24 port of RJ-45.12U Cabinet size should be 60x60x30cm for residential

One run of CAT6 cable to be laid from 12U to each RJ45 socket.The Entry Box MH dimension should be 60x60x80cm.Minimum
2XRJ45 sockets to be provided in each room.30x30x15cm P/Box to be provided in the first floor, basement floor and service
block.Double wall with water proof layer to be provided for all 12U Cabinets locate at kitchen or bath rooms walls.All cables and
.accessories should be provided from Etisalat approved supplier
