Travel Agent: It departs at quarter to eight in the morning.
Part 1: Answering questions
Customer: Okay, and what time does the flight arrive?
Customer: Hello! Good morning. Travel Agent: It arrives at quarter past ten in the morning
Travel Agent: Hello! How can I help you? Customer: Sounds good, what is the baggage allowance
Customer: I’d like to book a flight, please. for the flight?
Travel Agent: Certainly, SIr/Madam. Where would Travel Agent: it is 15 kilos per person
you like to fly? Customer: That sounds great! How much does it cost?
Customer: I’d like to go to Leeds. Travel Agent: That would be 150€
Travel Agent: I see. When would you like to travel? Customer: Can you book a seat for me, please?
Customer: I’d like to travel on the 2nd April. Travel Agent: Certainly. Would you prefer an aisle,
Travel Agent: Would you like economy, business or window or middle seat?
