Pre-Assessment
Directions: Answer the following questions below using the using the provided spaces.
When I’m in a tough situation, I like to take a pause and reflect on what I’m doing,
prepare, and prioritize. For example, if I am working on multiple academic
assignments at the same time, I become more time-efficient. I divide large tasks
into smaller, more specific activities, determining which ones take the most time,
which I can complete quickly, and which have the shortest deadlines. After that, it
becomes more manageable and less stressful.
3. What can you say and advise to those people who were not able to control
negative maneuver of committing suicide?
I always look for the advantages in every situation to help me deal with stress.
Rather than going away on what I didn't accomplish that day, I focus on how far
I've come in other areas. Also, pray to our Almighty God and discuss your issue
with him. Without the assistance of our God, we cannot solve our problems in this
world. He opened our hearts and minds to the possibility of finding a solution to
our stress.
