Definition:

“Leadership in business is the capacity of a company's management to set and achieve

challenging goals, take fast and decisive action when needed, outperform the competition,

and inspire others to perform at the highest level they can” (Alexandra Twin, 2010).

Summary:

Leadership will be plays a crucial role in the organization, basically leadership is a role which

will perform certain actions to lead a group of people or an organization. One of the most

important thing that leaders perform is taking and challenging the risks to become more

innovative. Another thing that leaders follow is motivating their team and putting in the right

direction. A leader can measure their success based on the achievements and learning of their

teams and their performance. In an organization we have different types of leadership styles

based on the team and their vision leadership style and behaviour will be changed. There will

be different types of leaderships like democratic, strategic, transformational, coach,

transactional and many more types will be present based on the type of organization teams

these leaderships will be changed automatically. One of the important things to become an

effective leader is choosing the effective leadership style based on the team or organization.

Most of the successful organizations have follow these leadership styles to become an

effective leader. Furthermore, communication will be playing an effective role in the

leadership a strong leadership will involve an effective communication in the team as well as

in the organization.

Discussion:

In this Leadership topic, I have research several articles based on the leadership and its styles,

in this one of research paper creates more interest which will study of different leadership
styles. In this research paper author has discuss about the beginning of leadership

development concept, how these leadership will be evolved in the organization from the past

few years and how these modern leadership has implementing in the organization. Later

author has discuss about the leadership skills and qualities of the organization, how an

effective leader has to improve their team and organization effective with his moder skills,

for this author has research from the 1940s and 1950s to discuss the roots of the leadership in

the organization evolving in the recent times. After that author has discuss about the styles of

the leadership, and from the past few years how organization uses the leadership styles

effectively to be more competitive in the market as well as how they have kept the employees

innovative and motivative. “The leadership style determines the character of the enterprise,

the way it operates, and the image show to the outside world” (Lazlo Arany & Peter

popovics, 2022). In this author has discuss about the how the role of leadership will be

implementing the organization effectively, how it will be influencing and motivating the

employees, and how a good leader to be discussed in this articles. Later, author has discus

about the different levels of the leadership in the organization in which level how a leader

should be changing his behaviour or leadership style will be discussed in this leadership

levels. Finally, author has discussed about the different oriented models which will be related

to the leadership in the organization. So, here leadership will be plays one of the critical role

in the organization where it will have an ability to motivate the employees effectively

towards the work and it also crate an positive environment around the team.
