On behalf of the Department of Education (DepEd), Sa ngalan ng pamunuan ng MTVS, mga guro,
I am proud to celebrate the successes, milestones, and
achievements of this batch’s graduates and promoted mga magulang, mga opisyales ng barangay,
students in this year’s End-of-School-Year rites with
