We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Partnership & Business Development
Manager for the expansion activities in Vietnam.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct market research & analysis of the payment, fintech (ewallets) and banking landscapes.
Negotiate & Structure partnerships deals with local PSPs, wallets and banking channels.
Prepare local language presentation to influence and engage external partners current and
existing.
Identify, evaluate and propose new market opportunities that Payermax can participate in.
Attend industry events and showcase Payermax’s value and services to the local players.
Create business models in consideration with local regulatory landscapes.
Develop market strategy and business case that can support local market expansion and to solve
existing country-level expansion blockers.
Onboard local channels to Payermax by reviewing contracts, supporting the KYC process and
integration to launch of service.
Collaborate closely with various internal businesss units (legal, account management, marketing,
product, operations, etc) to support launch plans.
Hold internal team-meetings with relevant stakeholders to engage & influence internal teams to
support understanding of proposed new business cases/challenges as required.
Be the focal point of contact for country level engagements, internally and externally.
Provide intel on local insights for assigned verticals and segments and identify product gaps as
required, to internal teams and business head

Work closely with account management team to address escalation post launch of account - not
limited to ensuring SLAs across settlements, IT system uptime, and success rates of transactions
are met and maintained consistently.
