Materials:

Calamansi Bowl
Salt Cotton swab
Vinegar Paper
Baking soda Grape juice
Cola Graphite

(Baking soda)
Procedure:
First is to prepare the materials to be used in the experiment. In a bowl, stir together the
baking soda and water for a while and allow the baking soda to settle in the bottom, the
mixture will be used as ink. Next is to get a clean paper and dip the cotton swab into the ink,
then write a message into the paper using the cotton swab. Let the paper dry for a minute,
and while waiting mix the grape juice to be used in decoding the message.
Observation:
By using the mixture of baking soda and water as ink, the message written in the paper is
completely invisible after drying. But, in the use of grape juice it helps us to decode the
message by painting the grape juice over the message written. The message became darker
than the part where there is no ink applied.

(Salt)
Procedure:
First is to prepare the materials to be used in the experiment. In a bowl, stir together the
salt and water for a while and allow the salt to settle in the bottom, the mixture will be used
as ink. Next is to get a clean paper and dip the cotton swab into the ink, then write a
message into the paper using the cotton swab. Let the paper dry for a minute, to decode the
message use the graphite by shading softly the part where you write the message

Observation:
The message written in using the mixture of salt and water is invisible after drying. By the
use of graphite the message revealed after shading it softly and slowly, it is to not ruin the
texture of ink wherein it has small particles left in the paper. The written messages remain
white while some part of the paper was totally shaded with graphite.
(Calamansi)
Procedure:
The first step is to prepare the materials to be needed in the experiment. Get the calamansi
and dip the cotton swab in it , to be used as ink. Next is to write a message on a clean paper
with the use of an inked cotton swab and let it dry for 10mins. Then use the grape juice to
decode the message.

Observation:
The message written by the use of calamansi is completely invisible after drying. But by the
use of grape juice the message was revealed after painting over the message. The texture
doesn't affect after applying but the color changes. It was slightly darker than the other part
of the paper caused by the calamansi.
