AFFIDAVIT
I, BONIFACE MUNENE NJABA of Gikui sub location , Gikui location , Igoji East
Division ,in Imenti South District make oath and state as follows:-
1. That I hold a National Identification Card No. 30338855 issued to me in Meru on the
5th August 2021.
2. That I am ordinarily a resident of Ntima location, Municipality Division in Imenti
North. Annexed herein and marked ‘BMN-1’ is my father’s national identity card .
3. That at the time of issuance of my identity card it was indicated that am a resident
of Gikui sub location , Gikui location , Igoji East Division ,in Imenti South District.
However that was my temporary area of stay since now am a full residence of Ntima
location, Municipality Division in Imenti North.Annexed herein is a copy of the
chiefs letter marked ‘BMN-2’
4. THAT I swear this to relay my intention to change my area of residence from Gikui
sub location , Gikui location , Igoji East Division ,in Imenti South District to Ntima
location, Municipality Division in Imenti North Sublocation , Upper Igoki.
5. That I make this affidavit conscientiously believing the same to be true and in accordance
with the provisions of the Oaths and Statutory Declarations Act Cap 15 of the Laws of
Kenya.
