THE COVENTRY GANG SHOW 2023

Dear Parents & Carers,

Our Scout Group will be organising a trip to the Coventry Gang Show 2023, at the Belgrade Theatre, on the
evening of Friday 17th March 2023 to, not only enjoy it, but also to support some members of our Group
who are taking part in it.

The Gang Show promises to be a fabulous show, bringing together Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers,
Network members and Leaders from across the city. It will include an abundance of comedy sketches,
music from West End Shows and songs from the charts, as well as some more traditional numbers and
dance.

The show starts at 7.15pm, so we will meet in the theatre foyer, opposite the box office, at 6.55pm. The
show finishes at about 9.15pm when your children will be ready for collection.

The ticket cost will be: £17.00 per Adult and £11.00 per Child (under 19 yrs) and for Senior Citizens – these
are online prices.

(Although we would encourage payment by bank transfer as the preferred method of payment, in specific
circumstances alternative methods of payment by cash/cheque will still be accepted if needed to encourage
attendance.)

If you, your son/daughter or any other family member would like to join us at the Gang Show, please
complete the attached slip at the bottom of this letter and return to your section leader, by FRIDAY 10th
FEBRUARY 2023. This will then allow the group to sit together by purchasing the tickets early.
