This is to reiterate the Memorandum dated August 11, 2022 of the undersigned wherein it
was instructed that your respective Bureails shall furnish the office Of the undersigned the
scanned copy (PDF file) of all the memorandum, travel orders, and reports via electronic
means. However, it has been observed that, except for the Bureau of Design (BOD), all
other Bureaus and the IMS are still not fully compliant to the said memorandum.

In view of this, you are hereby directed to strictly comply with the guidance set forth in the
said Memorandum. Non-compliance shall affect your respective performance rating.
