Subject: Resignation letter

Respected Sir/ Madam,

My name is Jomar D. Luching and I am working as a driver in your company, Pius

Trucking Services. I have been working in your company for the last five (5) years.

I am writing this letter to inform you that I am willing to resign from my duties. I have
given my best possible output but due to the reason of and recent diagnosis of me having
Diabetes, I’m planning to change my career and look for a job that allows me to spend less time
on the road and more time with my family.

I hereby resign from the above-mentioned post starting February 27, 2023.

Thank you so much for the opportunities I’ve had here and to all the learnings about the
industry. I’ve enjoyed getting to know my co-workers as well as improving my driving skills
while on the job.
