A woman presented with chronic pelvic pain and was found to have an ectopic pregnancy in her right fallopian tube which required surgery to remove. Follow up testing showed normal ovarian function and she subsequently had a successful intrauterine pregnancy that resulted in a live birth at 20 weeks gestation.
