(NOTE: This section is only for entertainment purpose and is not part of the
competition)
 RULES AND REGULATIONS

 Each participant is required to be present at the venue half an hour

before the reporting time
 The competition will comprise of one round only
 Time Limit for each debate is minimum 3 minutes and maximum 4
minutes
 Exceeding the time limit will result in negative marking
 The decision of the juries is final
 The Speaker is not allowed to make objectionable, vulgar or
indecent remarks about anyone, and will be immediately stopped
and removed from the stage
 The Speaker should refrain from using Urdu in their English speech
and vice-versa
 The speaker may agree or disagree with the topic
 Using words/sentences with any indecent connotation and passing
derogatory remarks against anyone will result in immediate
disqualification
 Winners in each category will be announced on the basis of total
marks gained by the participant
 Winners and all other participants will get certificates of
appreciation
