010-023 Air Intake Manifold

Install

Use new gasket(s) and install the

intake manifold onto the cylinder
head mounting surfaces.

Install and tighten the nine

capscrews.

Torque Value: 47 n.m [35 ft-lb]

Install the compressor supply air

line from the air compressor to the
intake manifold.
Install the intake air connector and
tighten the four capscrews.

Install the intake air piping from

the charge-air cooler to the air inlet
connection on the intake manifold
and tighten the clamp.

Torque Value:
Connection

1. 34 n.m [25 ft-lb]

Torque Value:
Clamp

1. 8.5 n.m [75 in-lb]

Install all Compuchek® sensors.

Install the intake manifold

temperature and pressure sensors.

Torque Value:
Intake Manifold Temperature
Sensor

1. 34 n.m [25 ft-lb]

Torque Value:
Intake Manifold Pressure Sensor

1. 30 n.m [22 ft-lb]

Torque Value:
Intake Manifold Compuchek®
 Sensor (Pressure)

1. 14 n.m [124 in-lb]
