    To; Jan Micole O.Opao, CSE, LPT

    Good day, sir Micole I apologize for being absent in the day of your exam on 27th of the month of
    February, because my daughter was sick. We have to go to the hospital and the doctor said my daughter
    was diagnosed with Dengue fever we need to confine her at Gonzales hospital, we stay there for 4 days
    that's why I am absent. I hope you give me a chance to take the exam. Once again I apologize and thank
    you, sir.
