Greetings, Mrs. Sajulga!

I am Sunday Joy Sophia P. Duaban, a first year Bachelor of Secondary Education Major
in Filipino student. I am enrolled in your course, Purposive Communication section N1,
scheduled in TF 3:00-4:30 pm session. I am writing this letter to ask for your
understanding and to express my heartfelt regret for being unable to attend our in-
person class today, April 4, 2023, as I will be visiting the hospital for a replanned 2D
echo for a heart examination.

In these past two weeks I have been experiencing difficulty in breathing and seizures.
As a result with my constant attacks, my doctor rescheduled my appointment today.
Moreover, I will also accompany my mother to her similarly scheduled monthly checkup
and will fetch my niece from her school. I know that we have a lot of work and
adjustments to make in in our class role play, but I promise to try my hardest to
somehow get pulled up and complete all of the necessary things that must be
accomplished, and I will fully give my best to make my performance better.
