Before we discuss our lesson for today we are going to define first the following words.

Fillet – a piece or slice of boneless meat or fish


Flesh – the soft parts of the body of an animal between the bones and the skin.
Pre-heat – is to heat a designated temperature before using for cooking.
Marinate- is the process of soaking foods in a seasoned, often acidic, liquid before
cooking.
Mayonnaise- a thick cream dressing consisting of egg yolks beaten with oil and vinegar
and seasoned
Bread crumb- a small fragment of bread..

A fish fillet is from the French word filet meaning thread or strip, is the flesh of a fish
which has been cut or sliced away from the bone by cutting lengthwise along one side of
the fish parallel to the backbone. In preparation for filleting, any scales on the fish
should be removed.

For today I will demonstrate how to prepare fish fillet.

*1 tablespoon lemon juice

*2 cups oil, for frying
Mayonnaise and fried garlic for dip/sauce

the ingredients, materials, all you have to do is to prepare fish fillet dish by following the
procedure that is given to you. Each group will select a leader who will rate the output of
other groups. You will be graded based on the rubrics posted on the blackboard. Is that

Direction: The following are the procedure on how to make crispy fish fillet, will form a
well-organized procedures when arranged in sequence. Read all the procedures and
