B. Establishing a purpose for Let’s have an activity called BRING ME I will group you into two. Each group will
the lesson participate to guess the given ingredients.

Before we discuss our lesson for today we are going to define first the following words.
A fish fillet is from the French word filet meaning thread or strip, is the flesh of a fish
which has been cut or sliced away from the bone by cutting lengthwise along one side of
the fish parallel to the backbone. In preparation for filleting, any scales on the fish
should be removed.

The next procedure is coat the marinated fish with flour,
then dip in egg mixture and lastly coat with bread crumbs
to make crispy.
Preheat a pan about 1-2 cups cooking oil and deep fry the
coated fish until golden brown.
