F. Job Responsibility :
1. Supervise Inspection Incoming of Part
2. Conduct Investigation Regarding to the Part Problem to find out the root cause
3. Monitoring Vendor Quality performance
4. Conduct Audit at vendor side to ensure that quality system implemented properly
5. Follow up non conformance part to vendor
6. Conduct Training Internal / External (Our Supplier) Regarding to the Part Quality
To Improve the Quality Part.
7. Conduct Quality Meeting & Quality Audit to Supplier.
8. Closely communication and liaise with customer / Internal on related issue
9.Ensure that customer requirements, feedback, instruction and information are clearly
disseminate to all of respective section and staff
10. Make CA report and perform verification of any action taken and improvement
related with the customer complaint and audit
11. Arrange meeting to investigate Internal Quality issue and Customer quality
feedback
12. On time to Submit report to Customer based on Quality feedback or others

13. Perform Analysis for Customer return and report
14. Arrange for regular process audit on overall project and report. Request on action
from respective section whenever any discrepancies founding to ensure
implementation of Corrective action
15. Ensure Process are following Process / requirement and company regulation
16. Ensure ISO 9001 & 14001 well implemented in each area
17. Set up meeting with Customer, CQC Team & Factory team based on Customer feedback/
requirement
18. Assist Quality manager in monitoring Internal quality performances Process control ,
monitoring and take necessary action
19. Familiar with the Stamping, Molding, Packaging, Rubber Process and AC Cord or
Harness.
