Re: Offer of Employment

We are very pleased to offer you the position of Regular Maintanance Staff with Springhill Medical Center. This is
afull-time, permanent position with a start date of September 5th, 2022. This position is conditional on the
successful completion of an initial probationary period of one month, during which time your performance will be
reviewed.

You will be working at our premises at Baltimore during the following hours:
 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Your starting salary will be $3,000.00 per month. Your salary will be payable twice per month, less required
deductions.

As an employee of Springhill Medical Center, you will receive four weeks of paid vacation per year, pro-rated for
your first year if applicable. Vacation will be agreed in advance for such time or times as are mutually convenient
between the employer and the employee.

In addition to your salary, you will be entitled to the following:

 Relocation allowance given pursuant to the employer's policy;
 Stock options in accordance with the employer's stock option plan;
 Benefits provided in accordance with the employer's benefit plan; and
 You may avail of a free food and room provided by the company.
