Virtual Assistant

The Role:
The Virtual Assistant is responsible for providing administrative, sales, and customer
service support to the client. The role would be expected to help in managing emails,
calendars, and documents as well as being a point of contact for sales and customer
engagement matters.

Essential Functions:
 Handle email and calendar management
 Conduct leads calling and light sales development
 Handle travel arrangements and expense management
 Provide administrative support
 Provide social media management and content creation
 Provide customer service or client support
 Maintain organizational documents
 Create and manage document collection and facilitate the process
 Provide support during event planning and projects
 Manage customer inquiries across various platforms
 Provide research support.

 Having high skills on Data entry, customer support , customer service,


Bookkeeper(spreadsheet )and writing reports

Qualifications:
 Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
 Experience in a multi-client environment or working with a team
 Strong computer aptitude, including experience working in Microsoft 365,
G-Suite, Canva, Zoom, HootSuite, Buffer, Dropbox, Asana, Calendly,
Doodle, Skype, Slack, Trello, Adobe
 Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
 Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
 Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker,
self-directed
