Catering Contract

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement is entered into by and between:
ALENG ENDANG’S KITCHENETTE, a canteen duly organized and existing under the laws of
the Republic of the Philippines, herein represented by its owner, JESUS P. PAINE, of legal
age, single and with postal address at POBLACION WEST, ASINGAN, PANGASINAN,
hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY;
-and-
LUCIANO MILLAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, a corporation duly organized and existing
under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, represented by, CRISELDA A. LAROCO,
of legal age, and with postal address at POBLACION WEST, ASINGAN, PANGASINAN
hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY;
-witnesseth-
WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY will hold its World Teacher’s Day Celebration 2022 at the
premises of the SECOND PARTY’s place of business at Poblacion West, Asingan, Pangasinan;
WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY has bided for and won to cater for the food requirements
of the SECOND PARTY in their World Teacher’s Day Celebration 2022.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises, the parties agree and
covenant to the following terms and conditions:
1. The FIRST PARTY shall only provide for the food requirements of the SECOND PARTY
in the said celebration for TWO HUNDRED (200) persons
2. The contract price for the said service shall be at a total of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND
FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE (25,425.00) PESOS;
3. It is hereby agreed by the parties that a full payment shall be paid by the SECOND
PARTY after the affair.

The Parties hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and
such is demonstrated throughout by their signatures below:
