SCOPE OF SERVICES

1) To prepare new & retrofitting structural plans to support the internal PAH
space including internal space loadings, architectural loadings, building
services and specialist auditorium services loadings based on Architect’s
plans, Building M&E Engineer’s plans and As-built plans provided by the
client,

2) To submit design calculation and report to the client. The design calculation
shall include disclosure of reaction forces acting on main PAH structure &
foundation,

3) To provide consultant site supervision for structural works and certification of

works in accordance to design, standards and specifications,

4) To attend coordination and technical meetings as and when invited,

5) To advise the client on structural engineering design, construction & site

issues & non-compliance.
