Job Scope:
To supply labour to carry out monthly fire alarm system servicing and testing for Batu Kawan.
* Fire pump checking and test run in Auto /Manual mode
* Check Jocking / Standby/ Diesel pump running in good condition. Pump battery condition
* Check and test hose reel system
* Flow switch checking and testing
* Check and servicing fire extinguisher
* Check and function test break glass system
* To clean and check fire alarm panel condition
* To check, greasing and test flow flushing hydrant system
* To check, greasing clean hydrant hose, nozzle and hydrant box
* Smoke spill fan check and test run
* To check all the control valve, greasing, physically close and open valve, record the number of turn close/open.
* Visual inspection and check for pipe/valve water leaking
* Clean and test water tank level
* Clean and test make up water float valve
* To check and service CO2, canteen Wet Chenical and FM200 system.
* To check,service and test all Fireman intercom system.
* To check and test fire roller shutter system
* Annually fire pump performance test c/w report
* Annually hgdrant flow test
Note : Job includsive assist in fire alarm system testing during BOMBA and FM Global annual Fire Cert Inspection.
All job must be compliance with FM requirement.

1 Pls submit your tender/ quotation via SCANMARKET by 23- Aug 2022 , 1pm.
Failure to submit on time will automatically be disqualify.

3 Any tender submission found with amendment on the tender format without prior approval will be considered as violation.
Jabil reserve the right either :-
a) Disqualified the offer OR b) Follow the original tender format contents and no price change is allowed.
4 Please ensure all eRFQ submitted with company stamp and signature on the tender form.

6 All quoted price is NETT Price
7 The tender award can be issued as bulk quantity or partial and the assignment can be more than 1 contractor
depending on the Jabil's decision.

9 Payment term: 60 days end of the month.
10 EVENTS OF DEFAULT
10.1 If it is determined by Jabil, immediately, in its sole discretion, that the Contractor (i) is unethical, dishonest or deceitful;
(ii) has charged Jabil in excess of the rates under the contract; or
(iii) cheated Jabil with inapplicable or charges for which services were not provided
10.2 If any such event of default as listed in 10.1 above shall occur then and in any such cases, but without prejudice to any other
rights, remedies or power contained in this contract or otherwise available to JABIL, this contract may be
terminated by JABIL by giving a seven (7) days notice in writing for the Vendor to remedy the default and unless the default is
remedied with the said period, this contact shall stand termination
(such termination to take effect without prejudice to the rights of either party for any antecedent breach).
11 All participants must bid the price in the system. Those submit quotations without bidding the system price will be disqualified and
bar from any bidding until you confirmed that you understand the process of scan market by sending email to buyer concern
