Lesson Title: talking

Targeted Grade Level: 2 grade

Academic Subject: English

Lesson Goals:

It is to be able to gather data and talk about it with the class. To understand the
experiment and analysis the process.

Lesson Objectives:

 For the teacher and the students to learn from each other.

Materials/Resources Needed:

 A screen
 Paper/pens/pencils
 Group work

Lesson Components:

First, the teacher will talk to the students about what they will be doing today in
class. The students will get to ask questions if they do not understand what they will
be doing. The students will have to pick an assignment that they will do in groups
and be able to explain all the things they did and how they got to the outcome.

Second, the students will break up into 5 groups of four and choose a topic out of
the four topics listed below. Each group will pick a person that will lead the group
and talk at the end of the class about what they did.

Third, two groups will try to do the project without the help of the teacher’s
instructions to see if they can come up with a good project. The other three groups
will follow the teachers' instructions to see if they come up with what they are
supposed to.

Lastly, they will come all together at the end and discuss all the information they
came up with. Bu talking to each person and how to include everyone will have all
different outcomes some will get it correct while others may not so much. The
inquiry training that they have learned over the past month will show that in the
end. If the students studied and paid attention, they will all understand the
assignment.

Evaluation:

Looking at the end project of the class and how they talked about their project will
get a completion grade. If all the members helped and really did their work they will
understand that engaging in the classroom will benefit them as they get out of that
class and move on in life.
