Materials Needed:
Yarn: Worsted Weight #4, approximately 100g of main color, 50-75g of accent colors
Color A: Gray, Color B: White, Color C: Blue, Color D: Velvet yarn
Hook Size: D Hook or 3.25 mm
15 mm safety eyes, 26 mm dog safety nose(can be purchased at glasseyesonline.com)
Scissors, sewing needle, stitch marker, fiberfill stuffing
Black embroidery thread, Blush(optional)
Abbreviations:
mr= magic ring- crochet single crochet stitches in to the
adjustable loop BLO= back loops only
ch= chain stitch F/O= Fasten off
sc= single crochet stitch inc3= 3 sc in the same stitch
sl= slip stitch hdc-inc= 2 hdc in the same stitch
dc= double crochet stitch dc-inc= 2 dc in the same stitch
inc= increase- make two single crochet stitches in the same stitch
dec=decrease- crochet two stitches together using the decrease method
(4 sc, inc) x 6= repeat the pattern between parentheses 6 times
Notes:
• Do not join rounds unless stated, work in a continuous spiral
• Use a stitch marker to mark the beginning of each round
• All stitches are worked in both loops unless stated otherwise in the pattern
Collar:
With Color C:
Ch 25
Hdc in 2nd ch from hook and across= 24
F/O and leave a long tail for sewing
Arms(Make 2):
Starting with Color B:
1. Make 6 sc into a magic ring= 6 14. Sc in each st around
2. Increase in each st around= 12 15. (dec, 5 sc) x 2= 12
3. (sc, inc) x 6= 18 16-23. Sc in each st around
4. (2 sc, inc) x 6= 24 24. (dec, 4 sc) x 2= 10
5-6. sc in each st around 25-27. Sc in each st around
7. (6 sc, dec) x 3= 21 Stop stuffing the arms
8. (5 sc, dec) x 3= 18 28-30. Sc in each st around
9-10. sc in each st around Fold the arms in half and sc the opening
11. (dec, 7 sc) x 2= 16 closed. F/O and leave a long tail for sewing
Change to Color A:
12. sc in each st around
Start stuffing the arms
13. (dec, 6 sc) x 2= 14
Ears:
1. Pin the ears onto the head approximately between rounds 21 and 23.
2. Sew the ears onto the head.
Nose:
1. Thread your needle with a long strand of black embroidery thread. Insert the needle
into a hole underneath the nose. Bring the needle down to a hole on the bottom of the
jaw. Make a black line. Weave in the tail ends.

Helpful Tips:
Exact Colors and Brand of Yarn Used:
1. Gray: Loops and Threads Impeccable Smoke
2. White: I love this yarn White
3. Blue: I love this yarn Light Blue
4. Velvet yarn: Bernat Velvet yarn
You can use different eye and nose sizes. You might have to adjust the placements if you
change the sizes.
You can use different hook sizes and weights of yarn. It will just change the size of your husky
and you might need to adjust eye and nose placement.
How you stuff matters! The type of stuffing you use, how you stuff, all this matters on how your
husky turns out. I prefer Polyfil stuffing but you can use other types.
