First Impressions
First impressions are important. Take a few minutes to review your CliftonStrengths Signature Themes Report
and answer the following five questions about your top five. These questions serve as a starting point for your
development and understanding of your CliftonStrengths themes.

D What was your first reaction to your top five themes?

I was curious about myself a lot before doing the Clifton strengths. I did wonder which is my top five while doing the
test. After receiving my top five, I was not surprised, but I felt more curious about these strengths. In my country,
these tests about personality or ability are not so popular. This test is new to me, and I am excited to discover this
kind of test in the future.

2) What did you discover about yourself after reading your report?

I discovered I want to know people who have connected with me. I want to understand them or know about them
rather than treat them the same. To me, people are different and treating them the same sounds somehow unfair
things to me. Each person has their own experiences, perspectives, personalities, and abilities. I do believe that we
should understand the differences to stay with them.

3) What part of your top five surprised you?

The deliberative theme surprised me the most because I have never had confidence in myself when talking about
making a decision. I often spend lots of time making decisions, which sometimes makes me slow down.

4) What particular theme did you expect to see among your top five but didn't?

The Ideation theme is what I expected to see among my top five, but it didn't there. It's not a big deal to me,
because after a year of working for an entertainment company made me feel like I rather am paid and create artwork
from other people's ideas than build up my idea.

5) Which theme among your top five stands out to you and why?

The individualization theme stands out to me the most. It seems accurate because I am the type of person who will
encourage people around me. I'm not trying to treat people the same because each individual has their own unique and
special. They have their weaknesses and strengths, and I rather give them good advice that fits their needs rather than
give the cliche encouraging.
