The meeting of NRC Group was organized after the class on January 23, 2023 at Viking Union’s
Multiple Purpose.

Overview
● Finishing Team Norms and Expectations and the Agenda.
● Setting up our meeting schedules.

Planning Ahead
● Brainstorm: how we make slides, organize the contents, and set up the next meeting
schedule.
● Discussing and finishing the memo of intent.
Approved Decision
● Rion will be sharing the Google document for our presentation. The meeting mostly
happens after class due to the conflict of our schedules, but we will hold a zoom meeting
for any long meeting needed for the workshop.
● Final discussion about roles of each member and how the content of the presentation will
go.
